The Community Impact Awards: Celebrating businesses and civic leaders who shape our community.
The Daytona Beach News-Journal is seeking nominations for this year's Impact Awards.
The Community Impact Awards honor outstanding individuals and businesses who have made significant contributions to the Volusia/Flagler community. We are seeking nominations for both businesses and individuals that have gone above and beyond to positively influence our community. We aim to recognize both a business and an individual that has impacted our community during 2024.

Nominations will be accepted from November 1, 2024 through 12 pm on November 30, 2024.
Multiple nominations will have no bearing on selection. All nominees will receive an automated response to complete a questionnaire no later than November 30, 2024. This is to ensure that we have accurate information on each nominee when making the selections and for the event and special feature to follow. The information you supply will be used by The Daytona Beach News-Journal so please be sure it is accurate.

Key Attributes of the Person of the Year Award:
Person of the Year and Business of the Year Award celebrates those who embody the spirit of service, innovation, and leadership, showcasing their profound influence and inspiring others to strive for greatness. Nominees must live or work within Volusia-Flagler County.
The selected honorees will receive a separate message from our events division confirming they have been selected. They will also receive information to secure their complimentary ticket to the awards banquet.
