At this time, the Ocean Center has received damages as a result from Hurricane Ian & their event space is currently being occupied by citizens who have been displaced from their homes. We have made the decision to postpone our Women in Business luncheon. We are working closely with the Ocean Center to determine an alternate 2022 date. Once the new date is secured, we will send additional communication. We look forward to celebrating our honorees soon!

Rhonda Harvey is the Chief Operating Officer at SMA Behavioral Healthcare, where she has served in a management capacity for almost 30 years. She is responsible for the operation and management of behavioral health services across six counties in Florida, including Volusia and Flagler.
During her tenure with SMA, the workforce has grown from approximately 100 employees to nearly 1000, and the service array expanded from basic counseling services to include primary medical care and the gold standard of care for opioid use disorder, Medication Assisted Treatment. In the last year, SMA has provided critical behavioral health services to nearly 40,000 individuals.
Rhonda’s hails from a world of strong-willed women – her mother obtained both her GED and nursing degree AFTER her children were grown. The middle child of seven, Rhonda has four sisters, two daughters and two granddaughters. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville (pronounced Lool-Vul) and her Juris Doctorate from the Brandies School of Law.
Did I say that Rhonda is from Kentucky? Why does that matter? Well, it means that she’s a bit mischievous, is pretty witty and a little cheeky. She also considers herself an unofficial bourbon taste-tester … and a really slow runner.
The date is approaching fast and we’re making preparations. Don’t miss out!
